Warranty Coverage

MojiBrands, LLC warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

What This Warranty Covers

Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents
Improper storage or handling
Unauthorized modifications or repairs

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please:

Email us at service@mojibrands.com
Include the following:
Your order number
A detailed description of the issue
Photos or videos showing the defect
If your claim is approved, you will be required to return the device, along with the charging cord and plug, to MojiBrands, LLC for processing.

Resolution Process

Once the returned product is received and the issue is verified, MojiBrands, LLC will, at its sole discretion:

Repair the product, or
Replace it with a new or refurbished unit
The repaired or replacement product will be shipped back to the original purchaser at no additional charge.

Additional Information

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product to MojiBrands, LLC
