Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
A flat rate shipping fee of $7.95 will be charged on all orders. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location but generally range from 3–7 business days after shipment.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier issues or weather conditions.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Please prepare for your shipment to be delivered by providing a safe and secure delivery area. MojiBrands shall not be held responsible for stolen packages. Once the parcel leaves our possession, it is up to the carrier to ensure delivery. If your package is not received, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, so we can assist you in contacting the carrier to resolve the issue.
