Refund policy

At MojiBrands, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of purchase for a refund, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used products 

Shipping Costs on Returned items

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on all returns
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

    Damaged / Incorrect Item

    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details so we can resolve the issue promptly. After 7 days it is assumed that you agree to accept the order as received. If you need assistance with a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at: service@mojibrands.com

    Shipping Costs on Damaged / Incorrect Item

    • MojiBrands will be responsible for shipping costs, once approved, for damaged or incorrect item(s) and will provide a return shipping label to you. We do not refund shipping fees if you choose to return item(s) outside of the label provided / offered to you.
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
